The feelings that I have experienced when I was being taught by my fellow students are being happy and pleased. I was happy because somehow, my teacher is also my friend so I can easily express my thoughts, ideas or feelings. I was also pleased to my teachers because in so many months of teaching, I know I have learned something.
The Know Your School Day activity is offered to the teachers who did not give up or surrender on teaching us even though we are very awkward and too clumsy. The activity was opened by a program. When I was being taught by my fellow students, I have seen in them the hardships and trials the teachers have to overcome in order to give us some good lessons. I was also pity to the teachers because of their sacrifices for us. During the classes of Social Science, I did not felt bored and sleepy, not like usual that when Madam Logarta is teaching us, I feel bored and sleepy. During the Filipino class, I was amazed with the student teachers because there were seven of them and they keep on telling jokes especially Jhon Rhey. During the English class, I have appreciated Patrice because even if she is only one, she still managed the class well. During the Science C class, I like the way on how Patrice and Jeziel taught us while in the Science A class, I was not too glad because there were four of them and every student teacher has their own topic. Isabel took much time than Grace, so she has not able to discuss, but a week later, Madam Gallo gave her the opportunity to discuss her lesson to the class. There are subjects that the students have able to apply while there are some students who did not apply for that particular subject. The activity was also closed by a program.
When I was being taught by my fellow students, I did enjoy and I did have a great time because I have known the hardships and the obstacles the teachers have faced. During the Know Your School Day, I have appreciated the student teachers because they have done a good job. I have also appreciated the teachers because they have done a good job in making us learn. They also helped us in storing memories in our minds. I only experienced this activity here in the University of the Philippines because we have not done it before. For me, the Know Your School Day activity is the best activity I have ever met because in this activity, the student's skills are developed. I know that many students in the University of the Philippines like the Know Your School Day activity because in this activity, they can show their love for the teachers. The Know Your School Day activity was very memorable. I like the event but, actually I was not hired to be a student teacher. I know I did not make it this time but I know I can make it next time and I know that I would make a great job.
